Mobile Police Camera

Did anyone else notice the very small Police vehicle with a camera on it's roof.
It was on the traffic island near Wigan Fire Station and the camera was facing towards the Police station and was checking for drivers using mobile phones or not wearing seat belts.

It is a pity that all the money from fines does not go to the NHS.
